Rae has always been small build. She was the shortest in class, the smallest in size and she sat right in front for photo taking, most of the time. Several photos had the teachers carried her instead! Hilarious! I had to buy bags/shoes/clothes that are sized extra-small or petites for her as the average small is still enormously big for her small frame. This happened from nursery to kindy and to her first two years in primary school. However, as if some human growth hormone had been activated, she seemed to have finally grown taller and looked more of the acceptable height and size among her friends. ‘Oh, perhaps her friends stopped growing..’ chirps Daddy… LOL Not too sure about that and not wanting to jinx anything, I’ll continue to keep my fingers crossed!

Now that Lea is going to enter Primary One next year, I guess I do not have to worry about her size and getting everything at extra small because she is already almost like Rae in size, and she wears just a size smaller when it comes to shoes. And they are 4 years apart! Rae was born 200g in weight lesser than Lea.. not very much different though.
