I’ve not been able to get my desktop up and running. This time around, Dell did not do a good job in helping me troubleshoot. As a matter of fact, they did not even lay their hands on my desktop yet. All the technical person did was just exchange email with me, asking me to try this, try that, do this diagnosing and bla bla bla. The thing is, I have no idea what to do and I guess I may have just wiped out the whole system memory of the hard disk now! Sigh! I think I did a reformat but still I get some stop error thingy when I hook up my router’s usb. Oh dear.. I’m so lost and don’t know what to do now.
