It’s been more than a week of school vacation now. The girls get about a month of holidays before they start 3rd term school. The school teachers didn’t spare my eldest with work, of course. She has some Science project, English worksheets, Chinese and Maths to complete. I’ve been nagging her to quickly get it over and done with so she can enjoy her holidays better. But it’s proved to be futile.. perhaps I will get her to complete it by this week. Last week, she spend the whole week on pc games. I had been busy and her clockwork starts from 7am only stopping for meals! I call home and told her not to be on the pc too long but it doesn’t work. She knows how to plug in the power point and turn on the pc and even updated the virus thingy now. Nothing stops her. Unless I disconnect the router.. or change my password. But that is not the right way. I have to talk to her more.

If I were not as busy, I’d have brought the girls outdoors to play more. I feel so bad but at the moment, something’s come up at home and I’m tied up. Will blog about it soon when things are more settled of course. If I have the money, I’d have brought the girls to Hong Kong Disneyland but I’m so tight financially.. I know holidays are no fun staying at home but maybe just one day, I’ll have the means to make it a lovely holiday for the girls.

Lucky for me, Rae’s best friend’s Mom took them out for a wonderful day out last week. They went to fish farm and do some prawn fishing, dine at a restaurant and she even brought them to the art studio for painting. Such a nice mom. I can’t thank her enough.
