I get up in the middle of the night lately. Well, the wee hours of the morning. I find myself getting hungry and go downstairs for a cup of milo or some simple sandwich. Then I will turn on the dvd player and continue watching HK chinese drama till about 5am and sleep for another hour.
That has been going on for the past two weeks. I eat my dinner about 7pm so why do I get hungry so fast? Perhaps I should start looking for the best appetite suppressant and take it after the last meal of the day. Otherwise I think I’m going to be putting in inches by the width before the month is up! But I know if I don’t fill up my stomach, I just can’t go to sleep at all! What’s with my body?
